I've hesitated even posting anything about my travels going out west this week. Primarily because most of those around me thought I had lost my mind to travel alone, go so far, yada yada this list goes on forever. And of course all my friends and family that I pass through their state and don't stop to visit. I love you all!!! But this trip was a quick trip (if you can call it that). You finally get to an age that it really doesn't matter what others think or even say. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
With that charming little psuedotumor cerebri, and a list of health crap coupled with some phobias of bridges, tunnels, heights, etc I do see why my family was worried. I have a mighty mighty God and quite a bit of guardian angels that were with me the whole time. I've always told my kids where there is a WILL there is a WAY. Not only was I able to cope, overcome, and yes even conquer some of those things I gained so much more.
I think it would be impossible to travel out west and not have a spiritual journey of some kind no matter what your beliefs are. The Rocky Mountains are majestic!! They literally take your breath away. I don't know how a picture of any kind can even compare to the mountains themselves. That being said 95% of my pictures are taken from the car for this trip. I know I know I save that for another post. Sometimes life is just messy. Be blessed my friends
