The Chase

There is some breathtaking butterflies out and about right now! I have chased these beauties all summer long watching them, following them, learning about them, and admiring them. This particular chase the other day had so many things to teach me about life just by watching a butterfly. The wind was really blowing and this little fragile creature was hanging on a flower for all it's worth. It braved the wind flying against it to get to lower ground where the wind couldn't beat it wings. As I stood there taking more pictures of this special gift I noticed that one of it's wings had been damaged before. The lesson for me was quite simple even though you've been beat down before, even though you are going against the impossible you can find that place of comfort with God. Since that day I haven't chased the butterflies they keep finding me including in the parking lot today.

When there are no words

When God is so good to you, and then gives you the ability to see a sunset like this there are no words. You just thank Him.
This was the first one I seen of the evening and I knew there was a sunset show awaiting. Praise God.

There was no editing done, no filters just taking a picture. It was breathtaking last night. -Be blessed

Sight

I was diagnosed in October of 2014 with Psuedotumor cerebri. A big component of this disease is spinal fluid sitting on your optic nerve thus hindering your sight. There is so many other lovely little things that go along with this. To quickly sum it up praying that God heals you from it all is the best game plan.

Praying, believing, reading scriptures, looking for answers, the list goes on. Something came to me the other day that my husband use to tell the kids, "if I gave you keys to a Ferrari you wouldn't be ready for it, but when you're ready I will give you keys to the Pinto. So someday you can embrace everything a Ferrari is." Now he used this example for everything with the kids we never had a pinto or a ferrari.

I believe in a complete healing. I will thank Him for giving me this special new sight of seeing things that I've never seen in my life before, and things I didn't see before the disease. God is pretty special like that. He knows more about our desires than we do. I can not begin to say how incredible it was to see this special little guy. From doing a little wildlife research he's one of the bluet damselfly. (There is a couple variety.)

If you notice how I have the pictures stacked that shows in reverse order how I spotted this damselfly. Miracle right there, this thing was no wider than a stem on my lilac bush. Unbelievable.

I still struggled some today with some of the health, but God was with me every step of the way. It was a magical day filled with God's goodness all around me. I may not have been driving the Ferrari of health today, but it was sooo much better than driving a Pinto! -Be blessed
